Cancellation by Customer

• Advance Notice: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled move are eligible for a full refund.
• Late Notice: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled move may incur a cancellation fee of 50%.

Cancellation by Right Now Removals

• Unforeseen Circumstances: If we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund or reschedule the move at your convenience.

Refunds

• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of the cancellation request.
• Payment Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
